I love Russell Florist, just seeing their shop brings back a lot of memories from growing up in Shawnee. I love that they are still there. I live far away now, but still use them anytime I need to send flowers and they always do such a nice job! Especially when I send flowers to my mom which is always very appreciated. Highly recommend!

I ordered an arrangement thinking that for $200.00 it was going to be a larger arrangement than we received. (Picture deceiving) I got another arrangement from another shop that was twice the size (white lilies & much more) for the same price and I was so shocked when I picked up my order at Russell's and asked the lady I picked them up from, that's a $200 arraignment and she actually retorted, "Well when you order an arrangement with expensive flowers in them that's what you get." I will never go there again and will let others know to go to another shop that gives you what you pay for. The left is Russell's and the other is another shop...

Russell Florist hit all the checkmarks! Quality - ✅ Customer Service - ✅ Quality of Flowers Ordered - ✅ On Time and Right Place Delivery - ✅ AND.... they called me to confirm something that I had messed up on the order (I had put my own name on the 'send to' instead of my spouse). They noticed the possible error and called to confirm the correct person to send to. The photo is of the flowers 2 1/2 days after they were delivered. Still looking awesome! Not the first time I have used them for flowers, and they ALWAYS DELIVER (pun intended)! 😊

Ordered flowers for my Moms birthday the night before, arrived next day and they are beautiful! Can't help but to notice this is the largest bouquet I've ever seen from ordering online. Thank you for making the delivery on short notice!

For over 30 years my family has been coming here for purchase flowers for my grandmother and we have always been thrilled. I have grown up with the birds in the shop and the dogs that have been there. Today I made my last purchase for my grandmother to be beside her bed while in hospice and Russell once again brought exactly what I asked for without me even knowing what I wanted. 200% of the time this place, its staff, and their product are perfection and if it's not they are always happy to make it right. Our family will continue the tradition of anniversaries, birthdays, and mothers day made even more special by this store; Today I wanted to share my upmost gratitude for this team during a less than celebratory time for our family.
